Shipping conditions

1. Shipping costs and delivery times

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process and vary depending on the delivery address, shipping method and weight of the items ordered.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on item availability and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Shipping company

  • Shipping is handled by reputable shipping providers (e.g., DHL, UPS, Hermes). The seller reserves the right to select the shipping company.

3. Shipping confirmation

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number, if available, so you can track the status of your delivery.

4. Delivery address

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional costs, which may be charged to the buyer.

5. Disclaimer

  • We assume no liability for delays caused by the shipping company.
  • The seller is not liable for any damage or loss during transport. If the goods are damaged during transport, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
  • We assume no liability for delivery delays due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes).

6. International deliveries

  • For deliveries outside Germany, additional customs fees, taxes, or other charges may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.

7. Undeliverable packages

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, non-collection or other circumstances for which the buyer is responsible, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the return shipping costs.

8. Non-acceptance or refusal of delivery of the goods

  • Costs due to non-acceptance: If the buyer refuses to accept the goods or delivery is not possible (e.g. incorrect address, no recipient, unjustified refusal), the resulting return and additional shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
  • Refusal without reason: If the buyer refuses to accept the delivery without justifiable reason, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and charge a processing fee. The buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Cancellation of Purchase: Unjustified refusal of delivery by the buyer will be considered a breach of the purchase agreement. Any additional costs incurred (such as storage fees and additional shipping costs) may be charged to the buyer.

9. Delivery time and delivery delays

The delivery times stated in the online shop represent estimated delivery periods and are valid from the time of receipt of payment. They are for guidance only and are non-binding unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

In individual cases, longer delivery times may occur, particularly due to delays on the part of suppliers, logistics service providers, or unforeseeable events (e.g., force majeure, customs delays, transport disruptions). Such delays are beyond our control and therefore cannot be ruled out.

In exceptional cases, delivery times may be up to 8 weeks. Should a delivery be delayed to such an extent, we will, of course, inform customers immediately.

In the case of a return shipment, the buyer is responsible for the additional costs, including any subsequent delivery attempts.
If the goods are not delivered, the buyer must bear the return costs.
