Environmentally friendly and edible ink

The ink commonly used in printers is HP ink.
It was easy for us to develop it, but we chose “eco” because we were interested in environmental issues like “global warming.”
Edible ink is an environmentally friendly ink approved by the American and European FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
It is a product based on edible ink and can be touched by children.

Question 1: How do I care for and clean the ink cartridges?

To prevent white lines from being printed, it is recommended to wipe and clean the ink cartridge nozzles with a paper towel before each use (since the nozzles of our ink cartridges have 308 tubes, each opening is only about one-third the size of a hair, and the nozzles are directed directly outwards, so dust can easily clog the nozzles and must be cleaned regularly)

If you won't be using the device for an extended period (more than 3 days), close the ink cartridge cap and store it in a cool place. Close the device lid after each use.

Question 2: How long can an ink cartridge print?

One ink cartridge contains 20 ml of ink. For a standard print, the printable length is approximately 200 meters and the number of prints is approximately 3,500. (Standard print: An image measuring 26 x 100 mm is printed, and the printed portion occupies 40%)

Question 3: What is the maximum printable width?

The maximum width that the EVEBOT printer pen can print is 26 mm. This is the maximum width that can be printed by a portable printer to date.

Question 4 : Storage time of ink cartridges

Unopened ink cartridges have a shelf life of one year, and opened ones have a shelf life of six months. If you use the package after opening it, you must close the protective sleeve to prevent the ink from drying out and clogging the nozzle.

Question 5 : How long does the printed text or logo last on the object?

The included standard ink will dissolve when washed with water. If not washed, the print is semi-permanent on materials like paper and wood, and the print on skin will last for about a day. (If you sweat a lot, the ink may disappear quickly.)

Question 6 : Is it easy to change the ink cartridge?

The ink cartridges are easy to replace, and each ink cartridge has a protective cover for storage. When using a new ink cartridge, simply close the protective cover of the previous ink cartridge.

Question 7 : Isn’t there also full color?

Full color is currently under development.

Question 8 : Does the ink have a food safety certificate?
