One ink cartridge contains 20 ml of ink and can print approximately 2,500 times with standard printing. (Standard printing: A 26 x 50 mm image is printed, with the printed area being 40%.)

Q2. What is the maximum print width?

The maximum print width of the EVEBOT pen is 26 mm. This is the largest print width ever possible with a portable printer.

F3. Ink cartridge lifespan

Unopened ink cartridges have a shelf life of 6 months. It is recommended to use them within 3 months of opening. When not in use, close the protective cap to prevent the ink from drying out and clogging the nozzle.

Q4. How long will the printed text or logo last on the object?

Solvent-based, fast-drying ink is suitable for printing on metal, plastic, glass, cement, wood, and other objects. The ink is water-resistant but can be removed with professional industrial alcohol (except on water-absorbent surfaces like wood). When printing on canvas or fabric, the color may fade over time.

Inkjet printers require regular maintenance and servicing of the ink cartridges to ensure print quality and longevity. Because the nozzle is in the nanometer range, prolonged exposure to air can easily clog it with dust. Furthermore, the ink dries out and clogs the nozzle. To avoid this problem, we recommend wiping the ink cartridge nozzle several times with a paper towel before each use and then reinstalling it.

If the device will not be used for an extended period of time, we recommend removing the ink cartridge and closing the cartridge lock to seal it. This prevents the ink from drying out and dust from entering, and extends the life of the ink cartridge.
